Also known as the Happy Dog Lady, she has been the sole owner of Seward Dog Lodge for over 10 years. Her love and dedication to all the dogs that come thru the gates at the Dog Lodge are welcomed with open paws and treated like her own. Heidi spends most her time with the pups in her care, up in the mountains or deep into the forest with up to 20 dogs, off leash. With the recent kennel expansion on her property, she has added more services to cater to as many dogs that need her care. Heidi has 2 personal dogs of her own; Piggy a 12 year old love bug and official greeter at the Dog Lodge and spends his days sunbathing or sleeping and Penny is a 4 year old mix and is Miss Heidi's adventure partner. Heidi looks forward to every summer, because she gets to meet so many new dogs and owners traveling to Seward.
